1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Tuutly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Students under 13 must have a guardian account linked.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Free accounts have limited access to open subjects and basic features
  • Paid subscriptions (Basic, Premium) are billed monthly or yearly via Paystack
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

4. Guardian Accounts

Guardians can link student accounts, view their progress, and manage subscriptions on their behalf. Guardians are responsible for payments made for linked students.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the platform to distribute harmful or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to circumvent subscription restrictions or access controls
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content without permission

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, notes, and assessments on Tuutly are the property of Tuutly or its content creators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use this content without written permission.

7. Tutor Content

Tutors who upload content to Tuutly grant Tuutly a licence to display and distribute that content to students on the platform. Tutors retain ownership of their original materials.

8. Live Sessions and Bookings

Booking tokens are allocated per billing cycle based on your plan. Unused tokens do not carry over. Cancellation policies for individual bookings are shown at the time of booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

Tuutly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Tuutly after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
