What is Tuutly?
Tuutly is an e-learning platform built specifically for African students. We provide video lessons, written notes, audio explanations, quizzes, and progress tracking — all aligned to your curriculum (WASSCE, WAEC, CBC).
Which curricula does Tuutly cover?
We currently support Ghana's WASSCE, Nigeria's WAEC, and Kenya's CBC. We are actively working on expanding to additional African countries and curricula.
Who can use Tuutly?
Tuutly is designed for secondary school and pre-university students in Africa. Parents and guardians can also create accounts to monitor their children's progress.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can sign up for our free plan with no credit card required. The free plan gives you access to a selection of lessons and subjects so you can experience Tuutly before upgrading.
Pricing & Plans
What plans are available?
We offer three plans — Free, Basic, and Premium. Pricing is shown in your local currency on the plans page, and you can start free and upgrade anytime.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via mobile money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), and Paystack-supported methods. All transactions are secured.
Do you offer discounts for students or schools?
Yes — we offer group discounts for schools and institutions. Please contact us at info@tuutly.com to discuss a bulk subscription for your institution.
Technical
What devices does Tuutly work on?
Tuutly works on any device with a modern web browser — smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
What if my internet connection is slow?
We've optimised Tuutly for low-bandwidth connections. Premium subscribers can also download content for offline access. Audio lessons are a great option when your connection is limited.
Is there a mobile app?
Our web app is fully responsive and works great on mobile. A dedicated mobile app for Android and iOS is currently in development and will be released soon.
How do I reset my password?
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
